It started with an intro call with HR. Then I had a coding challenge, like easy leetcode problems. After that, there was a tech interview where I had to live code, solve the problem, and follow coding standards. The final round was a tech-managerial interview.

Behavioral Technical Case

It was a pretty standard interview process. They asked about competitive differentiation, market trends, the deal execution process, and other typical questions. The biggest thing was company and culture fit. The interviewers were really smart and sharp, but also easy to talk to.

Group Behavioral

The interview process was about average, with three rounds in total. It included a mix of group interviews and a manager interview. The questions weren't too difficult, but it was hard to get a feel for the organization's culture and diversity. I'm curious if the company culture is as bad as the reviews suggest.

I had an interview with a consultant and was promptly set up for more interviews. They wanted to move quickly, aiming for a decision by the end of the next week. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule due to an unavoidable work conflict. I emailed the consultant and coordinator with my availability, but received no response. After three days of silence, I got an automated email stating the search was closed. As a recruiter myself, I found their communication lacking; they should always communicate with candidates, even when rejecting them. This approach ensures candidates remain fans of the company, which was lost in this instance.
