The process involved a video call with HR, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager, and then a final interview with two team members I would be collaborating with. They initiated contact, and I disclosed my salary expectations upfront. The same questions were asked in the initial two interviews without issue. Despite this, the final offer was significantly lower than my requested salary, which I considered disrespectful. Upon expressing this sentiment, communication ceased.
