It was a 3 stage process, with a technical test. Then a presentation on test findings to the team. The team were really easy to get along with and it was a seamless process. I would recommend highly!

Case Behavioral

I first had an interview with someone from the HR team. Then I met with a manager who had me do a small practical case at the company's offices.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was quite a long process over time. First, a quick call, then a meeting with other candidates, an interview, then a practical case study and finally a last interview. Lots of different interviewers, it gets a bit confusing. No contact with HR.

Behavioral Technical

Interview with Talent Recruiter, who was smart and easy to talk to. Second interview was with the hiring manager, who was smart and friendly. Third interview was with USA HQ, also smart and friendly. After that, though, there was no feedback, no replies to emails, and no updates in Workday. It felt like nothing happened. It's a shame because Catalina, you are the opposite of what you write on your website about your culture and company behavior. You should make a correction or at least think about what you discuss during all your interviews.
