It was a pretty simple first call and then a secondary, more in-depth call. I was then left hanging for about 2 weeks waiting for an update. Given the role was for a "Candidate Experience" Recruiter, I didn't feel like I was being nurtured as a candidate by the other recruiter.

The interview process went really well. I had three interviews with different people and the questions they asked were excellent. I felt like I was a great fit, and was even told to let them know if I was offered any other roles. Then.. nothing. I reached out a couple of times to find out when I would hear, but they didn't respond. This was months ago. I heard that employers are ghosting employees and now I believe it. What a sad end to what I thought would be a great job.
