Associate
I started with a recruiter screening call, then had a 30-minute chat with the hiring manager. After that, I completed a take-home exercise. This was followed by a 30-minute presentation where I discussed my exercise. Then, I had a 1.5-hour interview session with three team members back-to-back. There was some last-minute schedule changes right before the interviews. A few days later, I received a rejection email from the recruiter without any feedback or a courtesy call.

Sales Development Representative
The interview process felt a bit all over the place with some communication hiccups. After I applied, a recruiter wanted to chat for about 30 minutes. On the day we were supposed to talk, the recruiter emailed to say they couldn't make it and wanted to reschedule, which I was fine with. After that initial chat, they moved me to a 30-minute interview with a manager the following week, which I also got through. Then, they set up a 2.5-hour panel interview for the week after that. This panel involved 5 separate 30-minute chats: one about the product with a customer experience associate, a mock sales call with a sales manager, and then discussions with an account manager, another SDR who's a peer, and the sales director. These talks were all pretty friendly, no major issues. After the panel, they asked me to send a sales-pitch email, which I did right away. It took about a week to get any sort of update from the recruiter. They mentioned they had offered two positions that were accepted and were holding a third spot for a few weeks. They said they'd reach out when they started hiring for that role again, but I never heard back.

Product Manager
I got contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn and the whole thing took about a month. I'm calling it "neutral" because while the first two rounds were great, the third one was pretty bad. I didn't make it to the final round, which was supposed to be a panel discussion about a project I've done. The first round with the hiring manager and the second with the director of engineering were both good, lasting the full 45 minutes. However, the third round with the design director was not so great. He didn't have his camera on, which felt like a power play since I did. His questions seemed generic, like he just pulled them from a Google search, and he ran out of things to ask me after only 15 minutes of our 45-minute scheduled time. I tried to fill the time by asking him questions, but I wasn't ready for that much conversation, and the meeting ended early. It was a really weird and awkward experience after the first two positive ones. Since Catalant uses software to rank candidates, the recruiter couldn't give me specific feedback.

Client Strategy Associate
There were 4 stages in total. First, I had a call with HR, then a call with the team leader. After that, I had an in-person meeting with the team leader, and finally, a round-robin at HQ which included meeting the Co-Founder one-on-one. The first two were basic screenings, lasting about 30-45 minutes each. I met for coffee for the third interview. They flew me to Boston for the last round. They were really keen to hire someone, so the first three interviews happened within a week. Scheduling the final round was a bit tricky, but after about a week, they flew me to Boston for the day. About 3 days after that, I got an offer.
