The interview started with a self-introduction, then explaining your motivations and describing your background. Finally, you had to explain why you want to do this job. You don't necessarily need to have worked in DIY before to be hired, but you absolutely need to show your motivation and your desire to interact with customers. The interview went very well and was a supportive experience.
