The interviews were divided into two parts: one with the HR manager and another with the head of Finance. The interviewers were generally nice and made the conversation feel comfortable. They asked basic resume-based questions. There was also a technical test; it's recommended to practice typing WPM and 10-key skills as these might have been important for the decision. However, contrary to what's been posted on Glassdoor, I haven't heard back after several weeks, so I'm assuming no offer was extended. I'm a bit disappointed by the lack of communication on the decision, whether by writing or phone, especially after a pleasant interview experience and what I thought was a quick process based on previous reviews.

Good, everything and the interview was good. The interviewer was polite and asking very logical questions and asked so many questions. It was an overall good experience for me. I applied on Thursday and got a call the next day with an interview set for Monday at a model home. I met with the Sr. Construction Manager and the Project Manager. They were super nice and gave me a lot of info about the company and the job. I thought it was great! The next day, they told me they wanted me to join and that I'd get an offer letter by email that day. A few hours later, the offer came. It was a bit lower than I expected, so I tried to negotiate. They wouldn't budge on the initial offer but said they'd reconsider after 4-6 months. I accepted, did a drug screening on Friday (which I paid for, but they'll reimburse after 90 days) and I should start next week. The whole process was really smooth!

Behavioral Presentation

It wasn't a formal interview, more like a casual chat. Question and Answer. I met with both owners for about 45 minutes each. They talked about the company, and I shared my background. If you're not good at this kind of conversational interview, and you're aiming for a sales role, you might want to reconsider. They're really into the 'Raving Fans' concept, so you should definitely read that book and be familiar with it, as one of the owners is a big proponent. That book actually really influenced my decision to join. However, after the interview, the book's value diminishes quickly.
