First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Castle Windows.
Call Center Agent
The interview process was friendly overall. I was a bit uncomfortable with some people not wearing masks, which I guess was due to COVID. Also, it seemed like someone in the office had strong political views that didn't match mine, which made me even more uneasy.
- Can you describe your approach when speaking with potential customers?
- How do you manage situations where a customer says 'no'?
Telemarketer
It was a very professional but yet still personal interview. I felt completely comfortable & enjoyed the process of getting to know the company & to make sure I was a good fit for them as they were for me.
- What are your desired hours?
- What is your schedule availability?
Sales Representative
It was pretty straightforward. I got in touch with the main office and spoke with a manager for an initial phone screening. They mainly wanted to gauge my communication style and confidence. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview at their office. There, I met with three managers, and subsequently, the owner joined us. He inquired about my background and then initiated a role-playing exercise to assess my closing skills. They extended an offer right after.
- The most surprising element was being asked to role-play on the spot, which I wasn't anticipating.
