I had a one-on-one interview with the COO that lasted about an hour. They asked me a bunch of questions about my background, pretty standard stuff. Towards the end, she said I'd get a link for a test, which seemed odd since I'm a CPA with a lot of experience. The security at the company was really tight, they had to unlock the door to let me in. They were also super secretive about financial info, which I found a bit weird for a finance role. I took the test the next day; it was a personality test and some basic math. In the end, I never heard back from anyone and got ghosted.
