Executive Assistant
Scott Damron from the company contacted me about the EA role after seeing my resume on Indeed. Our 10-minute call made it obvious he wasn't professional. He insulted my choice of Social Sciences/Criminal Psychology as a major, claiming only athletes picked it. I was shocked. He continued to berate me, asking why I put a photo on my resume and cover letter. The whole experience was off-putting, and I don't think the company will last long if this is how they operate.
- Why did you pick that major? I always thought Social Sciences was for athletes or people looking for an easy degree.
Specimen Collector
The interview process was very easy. I just emailed my resume and waited about a week. Then I followed up with a phone call and was given a telephone interview on the spot. After that, they set up an in-person interview.
- In one year, where do you envision yourself?
- What information do you possess about our company?
- In what ways do you believe you can contribute positively to the company?
Territory Manager
Had two Skype interviews. I had to submit a 30-60-90 Day Plan. Got an offer letter. The first interview with the hiring manager had the most challenging questions. The second interview was with someone who worked with him, just to make sure there weren't any red flags he missed.
- Can you share an instance of a difficult sales scenario you encountered and how you successfully navigated it to a favorable outcome?
Event Manager
The online application requires intrusive and potentially discriminatory information like date of birth, year of college graduation, and social security number before any qualifications screening.
- Would you be willing to provide this info for a background/credit check after an offer? It seems like a waste of the company's money to do these checks on everyone before seeing if they qualify.
