First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Casio USA.
Sales Director
Had a virtual panel interview with three interviewers that lasted one hour, which was set up by a recruiter. They basically gave me the floor to share what I thought they should know.
- How would you approach selling one of the company's products?
User Experience Designer
The interview process has three main parts. First, there's a quick screening they call the 'hard filter'. Then, you have a more in-depth talk with a generalist about the job. Finally, there's a discussion about salary and if management agrees.
- What are your 5-year career goals?
General Manager
It was a super fast process. A headhunter reached out, then I interviewed with the President and got the job right after.
- Were you looking for someone to take the fall for errors?
Sales Representative
It was a pretty long interview process with a lot of different people to talk to. Everyone was great though. They flew us out, provided meals, and took us out for drinks. It was a good time.
- Do you enjoy making sales calls to schools?
