I applied for the assistant manager position and got a call a few days later for an interview. I met a nice lady who was interested in my skills and what I could offer. During the interview, I learned more about the company. After leaving, I realized the job wasn't for me and I wouldn't mind not getting a call back.

It was a one on one interview. The questions weren't too hard. The District Manager did the interview. Lots of questions about collection practices, marketing, and handling money. Having previous jobs with these types of duties would be a plus. They also asked about having reliable transportation because you'll need to use your own car for marketing.

I filled out an application and then met with the district manager for an interview and a drug test. After getting hired, I went through two weeks of training before starting work at my assigned store in South Shore, KY. The district manager was really nice and went over the job duties thoroughly during the hour-long interview.

The hiring process was quick and friendly, though it took some time from submitting the application to getting the interview. I had a drug test on the same day. They interviewed many candidates over two consecutive days.
