First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Casey's.
Manager
It was short. They gave me a more detailed description of the job. They asked me why I wanted to work there and how committed I was. I felt comfortable during the interview.
- What makes you think you are qualified?
Assistant Manager
It was a pretty standard interview. I got a call to come in. We sat down and they asked me some standard 'what would you do if?' questions and other typical interview questions. They described the job and the responsibilities. I had a chance to ask questions at the end, but the job wasn't too complicated, and the interviewer already covered pay and benefits and anything else I might have wondered about.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Manager
The interview wasn't professional. Based on their process, I knew I didn't want the job. People kept coming into the office while it was ongoing, and the manager didn't seem to care.
- What is your availability?
