The interview was pretty chill. They asked me some basic stuff about my past accounting work, why I'm into accounting, and when I can work. It was a really nice vibe, and I felt good answering their questions.

Their hiring process is an inconsistent mess: I had two talent sources contact me within a span of a month for the same initial interview, and after almost another month, was contacted by email saying the managers wanted to meet me the next day (during business hours). After the interview, they said they’d get back to me within 5 business days, and never did. I followed up around 2 weeks later and they never bothered to answer my email. All in all I got the feeling they were disorganized and disrespectful towards candidates.

I had a phone interview with typical questions. The interviewer said I did very well and promised to get back to me within three days either way. I had the exact experience and was top sales in former positions, but I didn't hear back. At the end of the interview, they asked me what year I graduated. I sent a follow-up thank you letter to find out the outcome. They emailed back stating I was not selected for this position.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you introduce yourself?
  • Can you tell me about your previous experience that is relevant to this role?
