We had a phone interview where they asked a few questions about my background. They also asked about the type of work I enjoy, my salary expectations, the work times, when I could start, and my previous job history including how long I worked at each. They also inquired if I would be willing to work overtime and some Saturdays.

They also told me about all the company events they have like Christmas parties and charity fundraisers.

The interview was pretty straight forward, it was in a conference room with two very polite HR reps. The communication flowed well back and forth. They asked several typical interview questions, plus one question that was very strange and really set me back.
