It was a really good process. They were charismatic, calm, asked good questions, and were agile. The waiting time was positive. Everything provided was great. It all happened very fast, with great questions, and I felt comfortable. We arrived early, were welcomed, they talked about the company, we took tests, and then had a group interview.

The recruiter was calm but specific, and seemed to have aptitude. No rush or pressure. The logic tests are difficult, but not impossible; however, being prepared is always good. The recruitment process was online and in-person. I went for the test and didn't adapt, and it wasn't what I wanted.
