First, there's a phone interview, then an in-person interview. It might be just one interview or two, depending on how quickly they need to hire. Different people will lead the interviews; for instance, HR will handle the phone interview, and then a manager will meet for the in-person interview.

It was pretty straightforward. Started with a phone call where they asked me some basic stuff about me and my background. Then I went in person and met with three people. They wanted to know how I'd handle different scenarios and what self-care means to me, plus my feelings about working with the people in this program. The last interview was with some of the team I'd be working with, and they asked pretty similar questions.

I reached out to HR via the company website, and they directed me to my potential supervisor. I had one interview with them, lasting about 30 minutes. Afterward, my interviewer showed me around the facility for another 20 minutes. About three weeks later, I checked in with my interviewer and was offered the job. I then met with HR to finalize the paperwork and set my start date. The company provided a two-week training program that included classroom sessions and 20 hours of hands-on experience before I officially started the role.

First, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then, I went in for an initial onsite interview where I met with three people. The last interview was a group interview with two other candidates competing for the same role, which was a bit strange as they basically put us against each other.
