I applied for the Consultant International Relocation position. The recruiter contacted me to discuss the salary for the role and asked if I was willing to move forward knowing the compensation. I confirmed that I was happy to proceed. However, a few days later, I received a rejection email stating they would not be moving forward with my application. This was confusing since I had agreed to the salary. The same job posting reappeared multiple times, and each time I reapplied, the same sequence of events occurred. It made me wonder if they were specifically seeking candidates who were unhappy with the offered salary. It was a very puzzling experience.

There were two interviews: a group case presentation (proposed and prepared on the spot) and an interview with the hiring managers (final stage). It was a less bureaucratic process than most and also more interactive. Although I advanced to the final phase, I didn't receive any formal feedback after my participation, hence the neutral rating.

I went through a 2-month interview process for a PM role at Cartus, which is part of Anywhere RE. I completed 5 out of the 6 scheduled rounds. After the 5th round, I was left in the dark for two weeks with no updates on what was next. I had to chase them multiple times for feedback, and that's when they told me they gave the job to someone who used to work there. I get that companies pick the best person, but the lack of communication and professionalism was a bummer. I then asked about another open PM position to see if I could be considered, but instead of a direct answer, I was just completely ignored. It really made me feel like they didn't value me or respect my time as a candidate. If this is how they treat people trying to join, I can't imagine what it's like inside. Candidates should get clear info, fast responses, and basic decency during hiring, but that wasn't my experience with Cartus/ Anywhere Real Estate.

It felt like an interrogation rather than an interview. It was scripted, and I didn't learn anything new from the position except what I already knew from the job description. So many red flags and intrusive questions asking if I was looking for other jobs, had offers, and why I had left my past roles (I guess they were looking to see if you've been fired).
