It was super chill. The people were awesome and really got where I was coming from, plus they listened well. Make sure you prep, but don't overdo it, they're more focused on your personality and how hard you work.

I talked to two managers who described the job and what they were looking for. They asked me a few things about my background and if I had an example of a project I worked on. They didn't ask anything about accounting, even though it's an Accounts Receivable job. They didn't ask for references, which I found interesting, maybe that's not common anymore.
