The whole process took about 4 months. It started with two phone interviews. After that, I got a project to complete within two weeks. Then, I had an all-day Zoom interview and got good feedback. They said I'd hear back in a week, but it took two more weeks for them to decide. In the end, they told me they didn't have enough space for the position.

First, I had a meeting and preliminary interview with the recruiter. Then, there was a portfolio review, and I heard back within two weeks. The second round interview was with my direct team members and some higher-ups in Atlanta, and that was within two weeks too (they covered my flight and accommodations). After more candidate review, I got the offer about 2-3 weeks later. HR was great with communication the whole time, responding to emails and calls within 1-2 business days. They were really polite and accommodating.
