Customer Service Representative
It was a slow and long interview process. I was asked a lot of the same questions over and over again. I did manage to get through it though. I really didn't like the HR part of it. That's pretty much it.
- What are your goals for the next five years?
Customer Service Representative
I had an in-person interview where they asked all the basic questions. They wanted to know about myself, how I've dealt with tough situations, my strengths and weaknesses, and asked for details about my previous roles listed on my resume.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about a time you managed a difficult situation.
- What do you consider your strengths and weaknesses?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process spans two days and involves interviews with both assistant managers. They'll review your resume and present you with a scenario booklet to assess how you can contribute to the company. Day one is quite straightforward, focusing on your resume and verifying your experience. If your responses are satisfactory, they'll promptly schedule a second interview at your convenience. This second interview is a bit more challenging, as they use a specific scenario booklet and present various situations for you to respond to. Some questions can be tough, so don't hesitate to ask for clarification if needed. They evaluate your answers based on the 'strength of response,' using three columns: situation, your reaction, and the outcome. It's important to remain confident and demonstrate your expertise.
- Tell me about a time you had to take the lead.
