Behavioral Technical

I had 2 rounds of interview when I joined the company. The first was with HR to set up a meeting with the head of product. The second was with the head of product for about 40min, then with one Designer for another 20min, totaling 1 hour. It was a really nice experience and I felt comfortable the whole time.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The hiring process involved three video calls prior to an in-person interview. It was a pretty straightforward and quick process overall, with HR providing timely updates. The first call was an initial screen to gauge my understanding of the company. The second was a technical assessment focused on HTML/CSS, conducted using a shared CodePen. The third was a portfolio review with two designers. The onsite portion started with me observing their company-wide show-and-tell, which was interesting. Afterward, I had five consecutive interviews with different people, mostly informal and conversational. The day concluded with lunch with the person who would be my manager.

Behavioral Technical Coding Case

I had three 30 minute video interviews. The first was a skills and experience check, which was pretty easy. The second was a technical interview where I had to build a button using HTML/CSS in Codepen. The third interview was with a product manager, focusing on the business side. They asked questions about my knowledge of the company and its product, and I had to do a couple of short exercises. They also asked if I had any questions for them at the end.
