I'm super disappointed to say that after interviewing with four separate individuals at the company over the course of two weeks, I was ghosted and never heard from them again. I find it extremely rude and unprofessional, especially after having FOUR interviews at this company. After my final interviews, I didn't hear back, so I emailed asking about next steps. Silence. I reached out a week later to ask for feedback or to get some sort of closure, and again, received NOTHING. The first impression of your business starts with the interview process, and I'm sad to say it left a really bad impression.

I went through 4 interviews for this role, and they were all really good experiences! The first one was a quick phone chat, and the remaining three were done over Zoom. What I appreciated was getting to chat with two people currently in the same role, which gave me a genuine sense of what the day-to-day is like. Everyone I spoke with was really friendly, asked thoughtful questions, and was happy to answer all of mine. Overall, the whole interview process was great!

It was a very organized and seamless experience. The interview rounds included: 1) A phone screen with HR 2) A meeting with a Sr Solution Engineer 3) A group session with the Product Manager 4) An interview with the VP of Professional Services 5) A final meeting with the Chief Delivery Officer. Since I had a couple of competing offers, HR was able to speed things up and was really quick with feedback and setting up the next steps. Everyone I met was easy to talk to and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. I had enough time to ask my questions. I definitely felt like they rolled out the red carpet the whole way.

Loved Cart.com from the start because they moved fast and everyone seemed really excited about the job and the bigger picture. The recruiter had a great energy too, making me feel like it'd be a good place to work. The whole process had 3 interviews: a recruiter screen, then the hiring manager, and finally the department head. Everything was scheduled fast, and leaders made decisions quickly. I got the offer about a week after the last chat. All in all, it was one of the better interview experiences I've had.
