I spoke with the GM, GSM, and VP for two different interviews. The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. They asked personal questions about my life and career path and seemed genuinely interested in my answers, which really showed me the company culture. They were also very flexible with scheduling since I was working elsewhere. I got a call back just hours after applying. It seems like a really great company.

I had two quick phone chats with the hiring managers. Then, I went in person to meet one, and the next week, I met the other manager and the general sales manager. It felt really welcoming from the moment I arrived. The interviews were very conversational, like talking with old colleagues. They focused on getting to know me as a person, not just my work history. I think their process is good for finding the right person and also lets candidates see the company clearly to decide if it fits them. I'm waiting to hear back about an offer, but I'm grateful just to have been considered. If you're looking for a new role, the career possibilities here are great.

It was the usual questioning in front of a panel. I tried to give my best answers during my duration there with them. There was a better questioning that they honed in more that I never got at any other interview. It was about me and who I am. What am I about? Every other job is about how you can make more money for them but this was different. I had a true sense that there was a care about who I was. I was glad that some questions asked how I would help fellow employees because as a manager we are there to give them guidance not embarrass them in anyway shape or form.
