You can walk in for an interview, and the process is usually quick, often leading to a start date within a week. It's generally an easy process. Expect to handle about 15 to 30 calls daily, depending on how busy it gets. The work environment is fun, but there isn't much in terms of career development. Commissions can be quite unpredictable, so it's wise to save your money.

It was a good experience overall! I started with a recruiter call, then had a Zoom interview where they mostly asked about my work history and experience with just a few behavioral questions. The last interview was in-person, and we talked about key competencies and what it takes to be successful in the role. I ultimately turned down the offer because the benefits seemed pretty basic, like entry-level stuff, and the salary wasn't what I was hoping for. Nothing bad about the interview itself, just wished the PTO and salary were a bit more flexible.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty average. The recruiter kept in touch and was respectful. I really liked the interview panel though – they were super casual and honest about the actual work involved. They were also transparent about how the team operates, its history, and what kind of impact they hoped their new hire would make. Even though I didn't get an offer, I was considered a strong candidate, and I'd be open to talking with them again if they reached out in the future.

It was a quick three-step process: first a form, then a phone screening, and finally an in-person interview. The form asked some situation-based questions and also about my background and how it relates to the CSR role. The phone screening involved a few questions about me and my background. The in-person interview used STAR-based questions and I got an offer right after.
