Behavioral Other

Had a few phone calls with HR and then an in-person interview. The marketing manager seemed completely disengaged during the interview, constantly on their phone. HR also wasn't very organized with the process. It seems like upper management and supervisor roles there might have a negative culture and lack clear direction, leading to a toxic environment.

I first met people from the company at a university job fair. After that, I got a follow-up phone call from HR, and then had a couple of phone interviews. This was followed by an interview on-site in Sioux Falls.

Technical Coding Behavioral

I went through 3 interviews, starting with 2 phone interviews. The first phone interview was with HR, and the second was technical. After that, I had an interview at the office. They seemed to be reading questions directly from online searches, including the programming problems. The questions covered programming concepts and SQL Server, plus some programming problems, which honestly didn't feel relevant to the job, but that's pretty common these days.

Behavioral

Sent my resumé and got a call from the head of HR to set up a phone screen for the following week. The phone screen lasted about 30 minutes and included standard questions about my interest in the role, my knowledge of the company, and why I'd be a good fit. The HR head mentioned she'd let me know about moving forward to an in-person interview, but I never heard back from her or anyone else.
