The interview process included 4 interviews. The SVP at the time was awesome and didn't ask me anything really. Typically they will require you to put together a presentation. I received an offer within two weeks.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter who told me I was a good fit and my skills matched the role, which gave me false hope. When I went in for the in-person interview, the hiring manager gave me a pop quiz on Excel, grammar, and basic math. Then they asked about my current job, saying it was too structured compared to their company's leniency. They ended by saying I lacked advertising experience, which could be a problem. I feel like the recruiter wasted my time because they knew I wasn't qualified.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and felt good, with managers taking turns interviewing me. Everyone was super nice. The questions were generally easy and mainly focused on how I'd give feedback, both good and bad, to other team members, kind of like a coach would.
