It started with a recruiter call, then I met with the managers, and finally did a technical assessment. It was pretty straightforward overall. The technical assessment involved answering 3 written questions, as if I were responding to customers.

Applied at the end of July. Got an email the next day to call a number and answer a question to an automated system. HR called a few days later in the first week of August and set up an interview for the end of August since that was the next hiring day. Went to the interview and saw three people in one day: a customer care manager, a senior customer care manager, and a team lead who did a tech test. Then had a sit-down with other people in the field. Most questions were behavioral.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about a time you had to de-escalate a difficult situation.

Behavioral

Got an email to set up a phone interview. The HR call went fine. Then I was offered a formal interview, and got an email with the date and time. Two weeks later, they emailed again saying they had to reschedule for January because of the holidays, even though it was already mid-December. I never heard back after that. It felt really disorganized.

  • How do you deal with stress?
