Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a straightforward interview process. It included a phone screen, an interview with the hiring manager, a written and mock call exercise, and then a final round with the head of growth marketing. It was simple and easy enough. The only negative experience was with the final round, the interviewer seemed unprepared and only asked me to go over my resume/work history. Overall, the interview process was fine, though a little disorganized.

Behavioral

Applied several times over the year for jobs I was qualified for. Did a preliminary interview for Sales Development Representative, which went well. Recruiter complimented answers and said they'd contact me by week's end to schedule the next interview. However, after learning more about the role, I knew it wasn't a great fit for my personality/career goals. I let the recruiter know this within 24 hours, in a very kind and respectful way, expressing my strong desire to work for the company. I asked if I could be considered for another role I had applied for that I thought I'd be a better fit for. Instead of a kind response, I just got an automated rejection email and no personal response. I reached out to multiple other recruiters on LinkedIn and via email. One forwarded my resume to the proper recruiter for the role I was most interested in. I also reached out to multiple team members on that team via LinkedIn. Never one response. This experience left a bad impression, and I would not want to work with people who can't show respect to candidates they had a good interview with, so I'll never apply here again.

I had a phone screen, a written assignment, and then an in-person interview. The on-site interview is definitely used to see how you'd work with the individuals in the company and how well you'd match the culture here.
