CTE Teacher
The interview process was pretty straightforward and they genuinely seemed interested in me as a candidate. The principals who interviewed me were really welcoming and enthusiastic. They asked good questions and were very clear about what the job and its responsibilities would be. The first interview was done virtually.

I had two interviews, the first was with a group of people at the campus and the second was at the Administration Building. They asked me typical questions about how I manage my classroom, my communication policies, and my planning and teaching methods.
