The hiring process for working in a drive-through is pretty straightforward but moves fast. I first applied online through the company's website. Then, a recruiter called me for a quick chat where they asked about my motivations, availability, and how organized I am. A few days later, I had an in-person interview at the store with the manager. We discussed the job, getting orders ready, the workload, and so on. It was a pretty relaxed conversation. They also mentioned that you need to be quick, precise, and enjoy moving around.
