I dropped off my CV and cover letter at the store and met the administrative manager. She noted down my availability. I was promised a call back from HR within 48 hours if it was a positive response, and in my case, I got a call the same day. The interview with HR was mainly about my motivations and human/relational skills, more from a professional standpoint than about my diplomas and training.
