The overall process was very straightforward and efficient. I really enjoyed the conversation because it wasn't stressful at all, which made for a smooth and natural communication. The whole path is very simple and effective. Since it wasn't a stressful interview, we could discuss my project clearly in a supportive atmosphere.

Behavioral Technical Case

After your online application and an HR phone interview to qualify your profile, you'll have one or two interviews with the operational recruiters or your future manager. These in-depth discussions will focus on your background, your motivation, your vision of B2B, your project management skills (with concrete examples), and may include technical tests or a mini business case (e.g., SQL, Excel, or a case study related to the Pro card).

It was an in-person interview with the future manager and the HR person in charge of interns, then an email to let me know the decision. The whole process took less than a month. The questions were pretty basic. You should prepare for it like any interview, really, and focus on what the company offers (supportive environment, large community of interns, opportunities for internal growth, etc).
