First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CaroMont Health.
Financial Analyst
So, there were 3 interviews in total, each lasting between 30 minutes and an hour. First up was a chat with the recruiter about my background and skills. Then, I spoke with the hiring manager. The last interview was a panel with some senior folks from the team.
- Can you tell me about your background and provide examples of your skill level?
CT Technologist
I had a recruiter phone chat that lasted about 30 minutes. The recruiter was really nice and mentioned she'd pass my application to the hiring manager, but that was it. Nothing else happened after.
- What about this company appeals to you?
- What are your salary expectations?
- Do you have any upcoming vacation plans?
Cardiac Stress Test Nurse
It was simple. The whole team was available to meet either in person or over MS Teams. They gave a really good explanation of what the job would be like. I got offered a tour of the place. They also went into detail about the orientation process, including what's expected and what I'd need to achieve.
- Why are you interested in the Stress RN position?
Staff Registered Nurse
I met with the manager and assistant manager first. Then, I had to interview with some of the staff. They asked me about my past work, how long I've been a nurse, and my reasons for wanting to leave my current position.
- Can you discuss your prior work history?
- Could you share the duration of your professional experience?
- What prompts your decision to leave your present role?
