Clinician
For my interview for the clinician position, I sat down with the team I would be working with. Everyone contributed by asking questions, and everything was straightforward.
- What skills, talents, and experience do you bring to the team?
IIH
It was a pretty chill interview. They made sure I got what the job was about, which I liked. No weird questions, just stuff about the actual work. They were nice and I felt like this was the place for me.
- What makes you believe this position is a good match for you?
Therapist
The interview included basic questions about my experience and a discussion about self-care strategies. I also got to observe a meeting and ask questions about logistics. We reviewed the weekly schedule and team functions, and also went over benefits and pay.
- What methods do you use for self-care?
