It was a great process overall. First, I spoke with a recruiter who was really knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Then, I met with the Director of Sales and another manager from a different territory. The last step was a panel interview. Even though it took a while, the recruiter kept me updated and helped me understand what was needed to get to this point.

The job description really caught my eye, it sounded like a great fit. We talked about my past experience and my reasons for seeking a new role. They asked a lot about the development programs I'm currently involved with, almost like they were gathering ideas. I got to ask questions, and the interviewer was happy to provide answers. I was a bit surprised to hear they expect 50-60 hour work weeks, suggesting work-life balance might not be a high priority. The interview seemed to go well, but after that, there was absolutely no follow-up at all. No email, nothing.

Applied on the company website. Had an initial screening call with a recruiter where they asked about my experience and work history to see how it matched the job posting. I got to ask questions about the position. Then, I had a virtual interview with the potential manager. This involved more detailed questions about my qualifications for the role. Finally, there was a panel interview with managers from different departments. They asked about my qualifications and how I would work with various departments.

Applied online and then took a quick mechanical aptitude test. Then got a call for a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty chill and the recruiter knew a lot about the job and company. After that, I had to take a basic skills test and also tests for electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics. Then I got another call for an in-person interview. The in-person interview went really well. The panel asked some good questions and it seemed like a friendly environment. I'm really stoked about the possibility of working here.
