First, I had a phone screen with the person leaving the job. It wasn't very thorough. Then, a video call where they brought up lots of red flags about the company culture, like low NPS scores, poor overall engagement, and no budget for the HR team. They couldn't provide specific examples of their culture. It felt like a sinking ship.

Applied directly for a junior marketing role and was offered a group interview with several date options. Communication was excellent and friendly throughout. The process involved attending a group meeting for a company and role presentation, meeting other candidates, and completing tests. This was followed by an invitation to a task presentation. I really liked the style of the meetings; they had some tough questions but were in a relaxed, friendly manner. It was nice to meet other candidates and work on an interesting project. Overall, it was a good learning experience.
