The interview process had 5 rounds total. The first round was a Telephonic interview. The second round was a Group Discussion (GD) where we were given a topic to discuss. The third round was a Personal Interview (PI) for about 30 minutes with 3 panelists, focusing on the resume, HR curriculum, and personality. The fourth round was a psychometric test, consisting of two parts totaling around 2 hours: one personality-based test and one logical-based test. The fifth round was a presentation round where selected candidates presented a given topic to 6 panelists, followed by a Q&A session.

Human Resources Executive
I applied through a consultant for the HR executive role. The first and second rounds were in Jan 2016 and the final round was in Feb 2016. It was quite a challenging process. The first round was a panel interview that lasted about 45 minutes. The second round was with the General Manager and lasted 15-20 minutes. After about a month, I was contacted for the final round with the CHRO.
- Can you define Recruitment?
- Could you describe your role in your previous organization?
- What can you tell us about your summer internship project?
Human Resource Assistant Manager
So there were 5 rounds total. First was a telephonic round where they asked basic questions. Then, round 2 was an extempore plus GD. They gave a topic, and I had 5 minutes to think before speaking on it, and then we had a GD on the same topic. Round 3 was PI, mostly HR domain questions. Round 4 was a psychometric test. Finally, Round 5 was a presentation in front of a 6-member panel, and after that, they asked questions.
- What are your thoughts on Organization Behavior and its practical implications?
- Can you explain the Compensation and Performance Management System and its practical implications?
- Tell me about your CV and answer questions related to it.
