Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process itself is pretty standard, just no drug test. You'll meet with two managers who will write down your answers to some questions. They tend to take a while to get back to you, and it's not uncommon for people to have multiple interviews before getting an offer.

the interview with Kurt j Lesker was average, they asked me about my experience with material controls, identifying labels, and matching assembly parts. Also asked if I'm ok standing long periods of time, lifting more then 50 pounds, and if I have trouble bending up and down, basically describing the job responsibilities.

Behavioral Technical

I had two Zoom interviews for the Library Services Manager role. The first interview was with two people, and then I moved on to a second interview with one person. The interviews were welcoming and gave me a good understanding of the job. However, the communication afterward was poor. After the first interview, I got a quick confirmation I was moving on. In the second interview, I was told I'd hear back by the middle of the next week and to reach out if I didn't. I didn't hear anything, so I emailed the HR person (who was in my first interview) a week after the expected update date. I still haven't heard back, which is disappointing after two interviews and a follow-up.

Behavioral Technical

This interview was pretty chill. I talked to two people over video. They asked questions and took notes. It felt like they had more questions than usual, but some were pretty quick. They finished up by asking about how I'd handle some made-up scenarios. They were also really clear about what happens next.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you share an instance of a work conflict you've encountered?
