Customer Success Manager
I did a lot of research into the company culture, which unfortunately was hinted at during the interview process. After two video interviews with a Director and RVP, neither showed up to the meetings. This made me feel like I wasn't worth their time, even though I did my homework. I was initially excited because I read the company was awarded 'Best Place to Work' for 6 years straight, and I wanted to know why. However, anonymous employee reviews suggested the opposite regarding values and team care. Upper management lacks DEI, and my question about it wasn't properly answered. I also found out this is the only major EdTech company where PTO and sick leave are combined, giving only 10-15 days a year for both! For a company so advanced in research and profitable programs, the CEO could invest more in employees but chooses not to. I was then ghosted after the RVP interview. Not everything that looks good is actually good. Do your research. The CEO should offer better benefits and understand why his CEO score is so low.

Program Manager
I had a few one-on-one meetings with different leaders. They were all super friendly, and I got a good vibe about the company culture. It seemed like everyone I talked to really knew their stuff and had a solid grasp on what they were looking for in this role and for this specific position.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with this company?
Project Manager/Software Requirements Analyst
Applied and got a call back the same day. Phone interview happened a week later. After about 2 weeks, I was invited for an in-person interview which was 2.5 weeks after that. The interview was all day, 9:30-4, meeting people from different departments. Most questions were similar and reasonable. A week later, they asked for salary and references. Got rejected 3 weeks after that because they hired someone with more experience. The interview was a bit long, taking a full vacation day. The decision process was slow, maybe I was close to an offer or they forgot about me. The whole process took 66 days from application to rejection.

Customer Service Representative
The whole hiring process was a mess, super long, and honestly, it never even officially ended. I sent in my application back in February and got an email a week later suggesting a phone interview, which we did a few days after. Then, radio silence until early April. That's when they contacted me again to schedule what seemed like a more serious chat – I wasn't even sure if it was another interview or if they were offering me the job. Either way, I jumped on it and replied quickly, but then... nothing. I tried emailing a few times, called several times, and even left a voicemail, but heard absolutely nothing back. I eventually just gave up because, frankly, if a company is this disorganized and unprofessional, I don't want to work there. It's one thing to apply and get no response, but for them to reach out to you and then completely ghost you after you reply? I'll never get that.
