I had a 30 minute phone interview. The interviewer told me about the job duties, the team's location, and then I got to ask my questions. It was a good experience overall.

Started with a 30 min phone screen with the recruiter. Then, I had a one hour in-person interview with the team and hiring manager, which was panel style. I waited two weeks to hear back about the next steps.

Behavioral Other

The interview process included three rounds. The first round was with current fellows. The second round was with the specific team I applied to, like analytics or project management. The third and final round was with a higher-up. The application itself needed standard stuff like a personal statement, references, and transcript. After the second interview, it started to feel pretty hierarchical. It was tough to tell how much input I'd actually have at the organization, even though it's small. It looked like the role was more about carrying out existing plans rather than developing my own projects as a post-baccalaureate fellow. It just wasn't the right fit in the end.
