Strategist
I interviewed with the team and HR a few times, and honestly, everyone was super nice and really into their work. I was pretty stoked about the job after the interviews. But then, radio silence. I never heard back, even after I followed up twice after the last interview. It felt kinda rude to ghost me after I put in all that time and effort. A simple 'no' would've been better. Reading other reviews, I think this might be how things are done now.
- Tell me about your experience managing difficult clients.
- What technical skills do you possess?
- Which projects are you most proud of?
Director
The interview process dragged on for over four months and four rounds with zero updates. While the HR representative was pleasant, the rest of the staff seemed disorganized. This has been the longest interview process I've ever experienced. Everyone outside of HR appeared overwhelmed, extremely stressed, and unsure about their responsibilities.
- What is your technical vision for this position?
Strategist
The process moved fast with clear next steps. I was asked to do an assignment. The recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn, which was a bit confusing at first. They asked for my salary expectations upfront, and then I felt locked into that range.
- We mostly talked about the job responsibilities.
- There weren't any standard behavioral questions, as I recall.

DO NOT interview here. This was the most unprofessional interview experience I’ve ever had. They made me go through several rounds of interviews and a project where they requested free work as a “test.” This is a HUGE red flag. They lied and said my work had several spelling errors (it did not) and also forwarded me a rude email rejecting me I wasn’t supposed to see. The toxic culture is not even worth it for the salary provided. I cannot stress how much you should not interview here. I wish I advocated for myself and walked out the second I sensed this.
