- How would you describe yourself in three words, and can you elaborate on those?
Attorney
It was a smooth process with really nice people. There were a few rounds where I met with different partners individually. The virtual interviews were good for the initial stages. I met two partners in total. A legal recruiter set up the interviews after I applied. The partners seemed really honest and fair during the process.
- Can you describe how you work with people who are difficult to get along with?
Case Clerk
The interview process wasn’t bad, but their structure seemed confusing to me and both the interviewers and I ran out of stuff to say quickly. I am not sure if this was good since your potential employer should have a lot of questions as well. It was awkward for me since every other interview was more natural. After receiving a job offer, I was emailed a document to list all prior clients I worked with which I did not receive a with any other job offers so this was odd to me since I have interacted with too many clients to know them all as a former assistant.
- After they briefly and concisely talked about everything, they wanted me to ask more questions.

Administrative Assistant
It was pretty detailed. They asked a lot of questions about how I manage the desk and incoming work. Also some basic questions about legal protocol. The company seemed to be the main focus, and there wasn't much back and forth. They didn't talk much about benefits.
- How do you handle multiple tasks at once?
- Describe your approach to managing daily desk operations and a high volume of tasks.
- Are you familiar with basic legal procedures?
