Senior Analyst
Had an in-person interview, and they called me back for a second interview. The first interview was with the head of the department. The second interview was with the direct report. Both interviews were around 30 minutes long.

First, there's the standard personality test. After that, you'll have a conversation with the server manager. If they're happy with you, they might call you back to interview with the GM.

The interview was pretty chill and friendly overall. They asked a bunch of questions about drink recipes and making sure drinks are made right. Also asked how I'd deal with drunk people. And they wanted me to tell a joke.
