The interview process started with an on-campus interview, and then I was invited to interview at their headquarters in Minnetonka. I had to interview with 5 different people which was quite exhausting. It took them longer than 2 weeks to get back to me. Be prepared to answer a lot of HR-type questions that might not be directly related to your area of expertise. Even though I thought I performed really well, I didn't receive an offer. I really would have liked to work there though. All the people I met were very nice and relatable.

Technical Behavioral

I applied for the job and within a week they contacted me to set up an in-person interview. I interviewed with three different people, each for about half an hour. The first person I spoke with was an HR Rep, who asked general questions, explained the job details, and talked about salary. Then I met with the two-up boss, and finally the direct hiring manager. Everyone was really nice and the interview went smoothly. They all mentioned interviewing many candidates and still having more to interview, which made me wonder if they are sure what they are looking for in this role.

Behavioral Group

The interview process started with a phone screening, then moved to a more formal interview. I first met with the group director, and then the supervisor joined us. They discussed the team's workflow and how partners contribute to the business. The atmosphere was relaxed, but everyone worked hard and valued input. They also asked about how I handle prioritizing when facing conflicting objectives.

Behavioral Technical

I got a call from the recruiter to set up 1:1s for 3 weeks out. No phone screen, maybe resume was a good match? The in-person interviews were with 3 people: the HR recruiter (basic HR and salary questions), the hiring manager and their peer. All questions were basic behavioral/experience based. They were all nice and surprisingly decided NOT to fill the position.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • The recruiter asked me my salary requirements during the first interview...
  • What experience do you have that makes you a good candidate?
  • Why do you want to work here?
