First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Carlos Rosario International School.
Intern
The first step is an HR screening, followed by a meeting with the department head. They maintain good communication and keep you informed about your progress, though it might take several days to receive interview feedback. The interviews are usually conducted via Zoom.
- Tell me about your experience and skills.
Community and Recruitment Specialist
The interview process was quite lengthy and disorganized. I had to frequently follow up with HR regarding scheduling. I was also misled about the interview format; the recruiter said it would be in-person, but it all turned out to be online, except for a "coffee chat" that lasted about two hours. Despite feeling it went well, I never heard back after that. The entire process spanned about a month and a half. After the final communication where they said they'd be in touch, it's now been two weeks.
- Can you walk me through your career path and how it relates to this position?
- What specific experiences do you have that are relevant to the responsibilities of this role?
Human Resources Director
I applied online and then got an email to do a screening questionnaire. A week later, they invited me to a virtual interview that was 2-panel. We talked about the organization’s mission, my screening responses, and the goals of the position. They told me about next steps but I wasn't selected.
- What motivated you to apply to CR International School?
- What skills do you possess that are relevant to this role?
Transition Service Director
An HR Manager reached out via email about my application being selected. They suggested an interview date and time, which I accepted. Before the interview, an HR Generalist had me complete an Employment Application form with my demographic, education, and experience details. I sent it back promptly. On the interview day, we were both on time.
- Can you describe how your current responsibilities align with the duties of this role?
- What is your earliest availability to start?
- What led you to apply for this position?
