It wasn't easy at all, they asked me easy questions about me and my family. About where I live, what I do, etc., etc., etc... Also if I have distant relatives, or if I travel constantly around the country. If I was trained to work nowadays.

I dropped off my resume at the reception and was called to take a test. They give the results on the same day. If approved, I had to wait for a call for a group dynamic. In the dynamic, the head of HR and the coordinator of the specific sector (like the surgical center or emergency room, etc.) were present. They asked simple questions like why I left my last job, where I live, the distance, if I have children, if I'm married. If I didn't have experience, they asked which sector I identify with. Then, I had to wait for the results for the third phase, which is an interview with the coordinator and the assistant coordinator. We went home, and the next day they called offering the proposal for a specific sector. Then there are medical exams and a week of integration, and then I'm hired.

I took the test, then the HR person corrected it and sent me to the psychologist who asked me some questions and told me to wait for the answer at home. At the end of the same day, they called me to interview with the nursing manager and bring all the documents. On the scheduled day, I went and had the interview, and they gave me the answer on the spot and I was already sent to HR to hand in the documents.

The process was excellent, very punctual, and most importantly, very professional throughout. They asked me about both soft and hard skills. In the end, there were 2 interviews out of the 3 they had mentioned, and they always kept me informed about the next step.
