We talked about my background, making sure to point out the skills I have that are a good fit for this job. Then, we went over my resume projects and some actual case studies, checking out what I did and how much of an impact I made.

They asked a lot of technical questions to see what I knew. They really wanted to get a good sense of my knowledge base and also asked some questions to get a better idea of my work ethic and personality.
- Can you explain what a DMZ is?
- Describe how you would configure a network for safety and security.
- What's your experience with the Windows operating system?
Sales
The interview has structure, purpose, dialogue, assessment, questions, answers, interaction, evaluation, professionalism, preparation, listening, communication, insight, rapport, focus, timing, observation, reflection, clarity, demeanor, tone, curiosity, judgment, decision-making, flow, engagement, goals, documentation, learning, and outcome.
- What are your salary expectations?
Product Development Engineer
I interviewed for a position called "Rotational Engineer" initially. I spent a whole day interviewing with 9 different people at 2 separate locations. Afterwards, to only be told that the postion I was interviewing for was no longer a real position. They said they had another position open up (Product Dev. Engineer) and had me come back in to interview for that. That amounted to 11 interviews total. I think this could have been easier if they did a panel interview.
- Describe a time you encountered a problem at work and used your problem-solving skills to overcome it.
