It was great! First, there was a quick phone chat, then a technical test. After that, I had a panel interview where we talked about problem-solving, my technical abilities, and how I work with others. It ended with both sides asking questions.

Every Friday afternoon, from 1 to 4 PM, there's a casting call. If you send in your resume, they'll probably invite you. Make sure to get there before 1 PM to grab one of the limited spots, since this is one of the only places you're guaranteed an interview. After that first interview, they might move you straight to another one. Then, they'll call you back on the following Monday after their meeting to talk about hiring, assuming they liked you. The last part involves a final interview and taking a quiz about Brookstreet and the specific department you're applying to.

Applied online, got an email to pick an interview time. It was pretty easy, but still required some effort. I dressed business casual for the interview with a manager and supervisor. They asked me questions about what I'd do in certain situations or about my qualities and asked for examples.

I got called for this interview the afternoon before, so it was pretty last minute. The interview itself was about an hour long and featured a panel of four interviewers who were from different levels within the company, plus an HR Rep. It was a formal interview that included both Situational and Behavioral type questions.
