The interview process started with a group interview with inexperienced HR staff. I assumed I'd meet the hiring manager due to the company size, but instead, I underwent a lengthy interview followed by an MS Office skills test, which felt unusual for the role. Before any offer, they required extensive business and personal references, plus a form allowing them to ask peculiar questions about personal hygiene. There was no follow-up or thanks after the interview. The company seemed to operate on a tight budget, and the staff appeared undervalued and underpaid, despite being nice. The overall vibe was unprofessional, and I'd only recommend this process as a last resort.

The interview had a lot of repetitive questions, just phrased differently, but all asking the same thing. The interviewer seemed uninterested from the start. They asked about my desired salary and then offered a lower amount, which I felt was insufficient given the job duties. Their email communication was also unprofessional. The interviewer scheduled a second interview but then never called back to confirm the time, which was very unprofessional of her.

I met with the front office person and filled out an application. Then, I had an interview with the manager. They did a skills assessment and told me about Great Care and the company's mission. They checked all my references and then asked me back. After that, they gave me a drug test and did a criminal background check.
